The company is aiming to accelerate the growth of the business across Indonesia.

1.       Account Manager
As Account Manager you have to maximize sales and growth opportunities by retaining existing customers and sourcing new business through development and promotion of the range of services offered by SOS. You also have to grow, maintain and execute account management plans targeted at ensuring retention of current SOS customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in consultative selling in a B2B environment
  • Good strategic thinker with strong planning and organization skills who has the experience to develop solutions by adopting a consultative sales approach
  • Demonstrated success being part of a team to successfully account manage key accounts
  • Proven history of successful account management and cross-selling
  • Superior presentations skills including formal presentations
  • Superior written skills in developing proposals and responding to tenders
  • Excellent in working with MS Word, MS Excel, and/or CRM application

2.       Accounting Staff

Key skills/Qualities:

  • Academy or University graduate from various majoring
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Computer literate (Ms. Word and Excel)
  • Smart in hadling figures and numerous
  • Showing integrity and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitude and initiative

3.       Customer Service Executive

As Customer Service Executive you are part of our Alarm Center Team, where you will be put into situation that test all your skills. You may called upon to coordinate a member’s medical care abroad, support a team of professionals in the field or manage remote site service delivery.

Key Skills/Qualities:

  • Academy or University graduate from various majoring
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Computer literate (Ms. Word and Excel)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently on tasks at hand as well as in a team
  • Strong work ethic demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitude and initiative
  • Flexibility to undertake new assignments to contribute to department improvements
  • Respect confidentially of company, medical and personal documentation
  • Willing to work on shift schedule

4.       Dental Assistant

We require Dental Assistant to help us service our current customers and grow our business with them. In this challenging role you will develop partnerships with current customers, understand their changing needs and help them find International SOS solutions to address their company issues.

Key Skills/Qualities :

  • D3 or Bachelor Degree from Dental Nursing
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Good English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills
  • A team work player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature and pleasant personality with a strong personal drive
  • Willingness to be assigned to any of International SOS remote locations

5.       Occupational Health Doctor

We require Occupational Health Doctor to help us service our current customers and grow our business with them. In this challenging role you will develop partnerships with current customers, understand their changing needs and help them find International SOS solutions to address their company issues.

Key Skills/Qualities:

  • General Practitioner, who posses STR
  • Post Grad in Occupational Health (MKK or SpOK)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quality services oriented, with mature and pleasant personality
  • Willing to be assigned to sites within Indonesia
  • 3 years of medical or occupational health experience
  • Hiperkes and ACLS, ATLS certifications are advantage

6.       Public Health Doctor

We require Public Health Doctor to help us service our current customers and grow our business with them. In this challenging role you will develop partnerships with current customers, understand their changing needs and help them find International SOS solutions to address their company issues.

Key Skills/Qualities:

  • General Practitioner, who posses STR
  • Post Grad in Public Health
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quality services oriented, with mature and pleasant personality
  • Willing to be assigned to sites within Indonesia
  • Minimal 2 years of Medical and Public Health experience
  • Hiperkes and ACLS, ATLS certifications are advantage

7.       Rotating Doctor (General Practitioner)

We require General Practitioner help us service our current customers and grow our business with them. In this challenging role you will develop partnerships with current customers, understand their changing needs and help them find International SOS solutions to address their company issues.

Key Skills/Qualities:

  • General Practitioner, who posses STR.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Quality services oriented, with mature and pleasant personality.
  • Willing to be assigned to remote location all over Indonesia
  • Minimum 2 year medical experience.-Working experience or Training/Course abroad is an advantage
  • ATLS, ACLS, and Hiperkes certification are advantage.

8.       Paramedic or Nurse

We require Paramedic or Nurse to help us service our current customers and grow our business with them. In this challenging role you will develop partnerships with current customers, understand their changing needs and help them find International SOS solutions to address their company issues.

Key Skills/Qualities:

  • Male/ Female
  • Nursing Academy graduate
  • Good English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills
  • Must work well in a team as well as able to effectively deliver results individually. A team work player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to be assigned to any of International SOS remote location all over Indonesia.

9.       Pharmacist and Assistant Pharmacist

Key skills/Qualities:

  • Bachelor degree graduated, with experiences working in Hospital/Clinic/Pharmacy/Drugstore
  • Have Indonesia government license
  • Proficiency in English for both verbal and written
  • Able to handle multiple task
  • Must work well in a team as well as able to effectively deliver results individually
  • Willingness to be assigned to any of International SOS remote location all over Indonesia

10.   Site Administrator

We require Site Administrator which will be placed all over Indonesia to help us service our current customers and grow our business with them. In this challenging role you will support and contribute to the achievement of continuous quality improvement in the delivery of services to customers. You also have to maintain administration tasks to high level standard of client’s staff files.

In this challenging role you will develop partnerships with current customers, understand their changing needs and help them find International SOS solutions to address their company issues.

Key Skills/Qualities:

  • Academy or Under graduate from Administration Faculty, will be advantage having min. 1 year experience in Hospital Admin
  • Preferably minimum 2 (two) years experienced
  • Mature, pleasant and confident personality
  • Fluency in English language and computer literate
  • Demonstrated initiative to solve problems without supervision and a proven ability to achieve set goals
  • Dynamic personality and able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, a service and customer oriented attitude

11.   Supply Chain Staff

As a Supply Chain Staff you will assist and support these department with key responsible:

  • Academy or under graduate from Pharmacist or Administration Faculty, will be advantage having minimum 1 (one) year experience
  • Understand about procurement functions and know how to reorganize the supply function
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
  • Demonstrated initiative to solve problems without supervision and a proven ability to achieve set goals
  • Dynamic personality and able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, a service and customer oriented attitude
